Collette Andrea, who was born Collette Falk, in small town Ontario, has been honing her creative talents since the age of 12. She began with the bass guitar, but due to the need of a guitarist in her first band she put down the four string and picked up the six string. Once acoustic guitar came into the picture Collette found herself creating catchy chord progressions and one of-a-kind melodies. She began to dabble with singing around the age of 17, and has since then developed one of the most powerful, euphoric, and original voices ever heard. In the summer before her third year at Ryerson University for social work, she took a visit to Hannah•Kin studio to check the place out, and hang out with some old friends. Since then besides school the studio is where you’ll find Collette. What started out as a small demo recording has turned into the production of music videos, and a full-length studio album (currently in progress). Collette continues to write, and leave the producers and engineers over at Hannah•Kin in awe every time she brings in a new song or even just an idea.
