Music Television (Cable TV)
Music TV Today
Music videos have changed the way fans experience and consume music. Therefore, music videos are an essential component to properly promote music to consumers. However, getting your video played on any of the large network TV shows takes massive budgets, and a dedicated team of promotion professionals. This presents a significant problem for smaller labels, indie artists, and unsigned artists vying to work a video into TV rotation. That is until now!
The Indie (Music TV)
The Indie has a cable TV show dedicated to showcasing new music from independent labels, indie artists and unsigned artists of all genres (Rock, Pop, Rap, Country, R&B, Dance, Jazz, Gospel, House, etc). The show will air in the most influential music market on the planet-New York City*, and will go "On the Air" in late summer (Aug/Sep) 2009. The show will viewable by New York City’s music elite, (executives, A&Rs, entertainment lawyers, producers, etc) as well as the 1.6 Million resident of the city. The show’s format includes music videos, in-studio performances, interviews, and on-location shoots. Moreover, our On-Air Talent, and Production Teams are comprised of seasoned professionals that are inspired, excited, and passionate about new music.
